The rep at the airport was not very helpful. Just pointed us in a general direction. Only to be met by someone who was trying to get money from us. We thought he was the driver. The time share people were very persistent. Took over 90 mins of our holiday. But once it was done and ignored. They left us alone. Food was good quality in the buffet. But very save. Restaurants were varied. Some brilliant some ok. Room fabulous. Had an issue with the room. Solved extremely quickly. Trip with sharky on the snorkelling was absolutely fabulous. Well worth the visit. Entertainment was ok. With very little for teenagers to do in the evening. Also extremely hot in the bar areas. As open planned and A/C would not have worked. But we would go again.
Show moreThe hotel itself looks nice, and the family pool and sun loungers were particularly good. The service around the pool was also generally very good. Unfortunately, the room cleaning service was disappointing. Our room was often cleaned very late in the day, and on three or four occasions it was not cleaned at all. The food was another major disappointment. The buffet selection was limited, and the overall quality of the food was poor. The à la carte restaurants on the Bávaro side looked very nice, but unfortunately the quality of the food did not match the appearance. The restaurants at the other hotels also looked tired and run down, and again, the food quality was poor. Most concerningly, all four adults in our group became unwell with stomach bugs during the holiday. While we cannot confirm the exact cause, the fact that all four adults became ill was extremely concerning and significantly affected our enjoyment of the holiday. Overall, although the hotel has some attractive facilities and the pool area was enjoyable, the poor food quality, housekeeping issues and illness experienced by our group seriously affected our overall experience.
Show moreExcellent time, only down side we did miss the odd night entertainment due to the app not advertising and the Hotel didnt have an entertainment board to check. Everything else was spot on.
