    Recommended

    This is the 2nd time staying here. I was disappointed with the bedding in the room. It did not fit the ned and the food was not as good as previous. There were times when croissants for breakfast were undercooked and the other food was cold or lukewarm warm. It is not truly all inclusive. You have to pay extra for pool towels and to use the safe,

    There were discrepances from the facilities available at the hotel in the pre flight info to what actually was provided. Some of the info was actually quite misleading, eg additional payments for the room safety deposit facility, pool towels, no room water (except on the first day), despite \"warning that the tap water was undrinkable. This resulted in going out to a shop to buy water when you're on All Inclusive !!

    The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, every member of staff was helpful and polite, the pools were kept clean to a very high standard, all pool areas washed every evening, all sunbeds cleaned and put in a tidy looking place ready for each day, the pool water was kept looking immaculate with chlorine topped up to keep them looking like a mirror, a perfect hotel for all generations, young or older,
