Don't think it was a 5 star as only 1 complementary drink in room as had to pay for more, had to ask for replacement water, cheap toilet roll. Shower leaked. Well wore carpet in hall way. Lifts are a nightmare! Bar ran out of certain drink 3 days on a row. Surrounding area a bit run down. Advantage - close to Metro, very friendly staff.

The staff were brilliant, lovely turn down service. Very helpful and polite. Couldnt do enough for us. The only thing I would mentioned as the ladies changing rooms on the 9th floor were being used as the cleaning cupboard.

Everything was great very clean room cleaned early it was quiet food was very good and the views of the Parthenon were fantastic
