    Excellent from the very beginning. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely and spacious and very unexpected. Set the tone for the rest of the holiday, staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

    The matresses were thinner this year they cleaned the rooms less we had no loo roll for 3 days and balcony wasn't cleaned at all the food was not anywhere near as good the staff were less friendly and the only daytime activity at the pool this year was darts as opposed to a variety of things last year. Was disappointing as a returning customer as last year was our best holiday ever. Still spotless but the changes have lessened it's value for money markedly

    Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. We mentioned that we were celebrating two anniversaries and a birthday (one of which was a golden anniversary) and felt that we had to ask for them to make more of an effort. Whilst they decorated the table at the restaurants and made our towels into animal shapes and in one of our rooms they delivered some leftover fruit from the buffet

    The hotel room itself was lovely and the cleaning staff were brilliant. It was more so that the entertainment didn’t seem to be there at the hotel and there was no sign posting to the beach or maps of the hotel to say what was where so we were having to guess where we needed to be if it had these things I think would have been better. The entertainment team when we saw them were really good but I’m not sure if because it’s spread out that we knew where the entertainment was.
