Von der Ankunft beim Einchecken bis hin zum Auschecken bei der Abreise super Service des Hotelpersonals. Sehr behilflich bei Ausflügen und direkte Buchung durchs Hotel für Veranstaltungen. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Hotel was lovely but €130 euro to park 4 days and a€100 euro city tax is a lot

Although a little far out from the main area, the hotel itself was easy to find, clean throughout, good sized room, peaceful and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Good food and service.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff at reception. The bar was a bit expensive (which is to be expected), but the breakfast made up for that with a very good choice of food and drinks. Comfortable and smart room. A little further out than I thought, but there was a regular tram service which only took about 15 mins to reach the centre and main places of interest.
