In den Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Ein schönes Ambiente in vielen Unterkünften schafft eine Terrasse mit Meerblick. Kinderbetten für die jüngsten Gäste sind ebenso vorhanden. Ein Schreibtisch und ein Safe und eine Minibar (diese gegen Gebühr) sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Verschiedene Kommunikations- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten werden durch die komfortable Ausstattung mit einem Direktwahltelefon, einem Flachbildschirmfernseher und WiFi (ohne Gebühr) gewährleistet. Im Badezimmer, mit einer Dusche ausgestattet, steht ein Haartrockner zur Verfügung. Für Eltern mit Kindern stehen Familienzimmer zur Verfügung.

There was a problem, I had to go up 33 steps in a hill in order to reach my bedroom and that was too much for me and there was not information regarding the hotel being on a hill and to reach the beach you had to go down a steep hill

The accommodation was basic, but clean. The shower was broken and didn't have much pressure.

Dated, stained linen and towels. Sun beds caked in dirt. Food and beverage below 2 star standard.

The accommodation needs updating. The entertainment was great but it was on far too late, the children’s disco was at 9pm. The food was terrible.

Had to change rooms 4 times due to significant issues (key not working, no running water etc), I was disrespected and dismissed by multiple staff as I was travelling solo, virtually no staff spoke any English, the oil during massages in the spa caused me to have a severe allergic reaction (I have no allergies otherwise and I’ve had hundreds of massages before and have never had a reaction to anything), staff in the restaurant were so rude and indifferent, staff went to help me with my bags when I changed rooms shouted at me and clicked their fingers and whistled at me as if I was an animal, mosquitos and midges were inside the rooms, all the food was covered in oil, the gym had no air con and equipment incredibly basic and poor, the outdoor showers by the pool and on the beach were infested with bees/wasps, the entertainment staff were aggressive in trying to get me involved with activities when I was trying to relax, towels were ripped and stained…I could go on, but the point is that it was hands down the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and it’s apparently 5*. The manager was nice and gave me a free massage at the spa but the moment the receptionist found out it was complimentary, she started being rude again. Just the worst. Would not recommend at all.
