    We have stayed at this hotel before and loved it. So thought we would go back. Paid extra for sea view room (Room 343) and we weren’t disappointed initially until the evening when the room was over run with ants. Up the walls curtains and over the floor. The cleaner came with ant spray which she couldn’t use as I have a Chronic lung problem , once I told her I have a lung problem she wouldn’t use it. We moved to Room 223 for one night and then had to move out. We were moved to Room 443 which was above our original room. Again in the evening when we went to our room after dinner, it had ants in it. We were then moved to Room 201. Finally had a room with no ants! After moving 4 times it did take the shine off our holiday. Especially as myself and my husband aren’t well , thankfully we had friends with us who helped. I will say the reception staff were all very helpful during this period and apologetic. Really disappointed as we had a great time the previous time and love the position of the hotel and the friendly staff.

    “Tolles Hotel”

    Zum Wiederholten Mal dieses Hotel gebucht. Alles Top. Das Einchecken ohne Personal ist eine Zumutung. Leider dienen die Fluggäste hier als Beta-Tester. Wenn man schon den Gewinn optimieren will, dann sollte sowas auch funktionieren. Am besten noch etwas unkomplizierter.

    We have stayed at the viva golf hotel in alcudia last year very impressed and can’t find fault at all so much so that we’ve booked again for next year The staff food cleanliness and location all brilliant
