Ive rececently complained and spoken to a member of TUI, regarding a complaint I made. TUI just apologised nothing else. Dear TUI Customer Services, I am writing to make a formal complaint about our recent holiday and, in particular, the suitability of the hotel for a family holiday. The hotel itself was perfectly fine, and I want to make clear that the schoolchildren who were staying there were generally very well behaved. However, there were 51 schoolchildren, including their teachers, staying at the hotel during our holiday. The sheer size of the group had a significant impact on our experience and ultimately spoiled what was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday. A group of this size placed considerable pressure on the hotel's facilities. They occupied a large number of the sunbeds and took up substantial space in the restaurant. There were also large groups of girls and boys using the communal areas, meaning that at times we could not comfortably access or enjoy certain areas of the hotel. In particular, having large groups of teenage boys around the family pool was very intimidating for our teenage daughter. Being surrounded by a group of around 20 teenage boys when she was simply trying to relax by the pool was uncomfortable and completely changed the atmosphere of the holiday for her. I fully appreciate that young people are entitled to go on school trips and that these particular children were well behaved. My complaint is not about their behaviour. It is about the appropriateness of placing such a large school group in a hotel that is marketed and sold to customers as a family holiday hotel, without making this information clear to holidaymakers. Had we known before booking that the hotel would be accommodating a school group of 51 children and their teachers, we would have chosen a different hotel. We paid for a family holiday expecting to be able to use the hotel's facilities comfortably and enjoy a relaxing family environment. Instead, significant parts of the hotel felt dominated by the school group. I therefore feel that TUI should consider whether a hotel accommodating such a large school group can reasonably continue to be marketed to families without customers being made aware of this. At the very least, customers should be given the opportunity to make an informed choice before travelling. I would appreciate TUI investigating this matter and providing an explanation as to why we were not informed about the school group, as well as what TUI intends to do to address the impact this had on our holiday.

“Zware tegenvaller”

Totaal niet wat wij verwachtten, accomodatie met schimmel in de badkamer, oude meuk, schoonmaak slecht, de bus kan niet bij het hotel komen, dus zie maar dat je er komt met al je bagage. Locatie ook totaal niet geschikt voor ons, 2 zussen van 69 en 71 jaar beiden met rollator.. alleen de deur uit met taxi. In de buurt geen restaurant of supermarkt. Eerst een lange helling oplopen om bij een bus te kunnen komen. Daarna hield het op voor ons want een berg oplopen lukt ons niet.

Leider abgewohnt, viel kaputt. Beschriebene Tennisplätze und Fitnessraum nicht auf der Anlage und auf Nachfrage antwortet die Rezeption...\"keine Ahnung \" Zimmerservice nicht zufriedenstellend
