There are building works next door to the Hotel. We were only told about this by email 2 weeks before. I probably wouldn't of booked this Hotel. Not a problem with Hotel it was lovely & staff. But tui would of known this, despointed that they left it do late to email.

Great location and quality of hotel. Beautiful balconies at the front of hotel for ********** and enjoy the scenery across from the lake. Breakfast was plentiful. Clean and comfortable room. All staff were very friendly. We would choose the Villa Rosa again.

The hotel and the staff were great. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and very attentive. It was slightly disappointing that the pool area was closed due to building work taking place next door. We were slightly disappointed that the TUI rep rearranged their meeting time from 9:30am to 4pm as most people would have been out for the day while she was there. We only saw her by chance as we got back from a walk just as she was in a meeting with another guest. When we got to talk to her, we asked her about visiting other parts of Lake Garda, and the best ways to get there, and she told us to ask the Tourist Information. This was disappointing as we were hoping for some better advice.

Accommodation was excellent. Very comfortable and very good quality. Also had a nice balcony to sit out on . Very nice. Accommodation was very clean . No complaints.

Beautiful hotel: extremely clean and comfortable. Rooms tastefully decorated - lovely touches such as pool bag and plenty of tea, coffee and milk and a named cleaner. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful. Good location.
