I booked this holiday for myself and my 2 children. I contacted TUI several times to make sure our room was ready as we arrived at 3.30am with 2 very tired children. I also asked TUI to ensure that there were suitable sleeping arrangements for the 3 of us. I was told not to worry, it’ll be sorted. Nothing was sorted. There were just 2 single beds for 3 of us at 3.30am - And no space for a third bed as advertised on Tui’s website. The hotel (as well as emirates airlines) were given incorrect details for 2 adults only with no request for a 3rd bed or a 3rd person. The room was a health and safety hazard with a third bed. We were reassured that we would be moved by the evening, then the morning on repeat. We did not unpack for the 3/4 days or go out in case we had to move rooms. Having waited for days, TUI abandoned us whilst on holiday saying I would need to pay to upgrade our room to fit the 3 of us and that was after reassuring me that, as we paid for 3 people, we would get a suitable room to accommodate us. I was passed around at least 7 different agents in 3 days. None of whom resolved any issues for us. I was given a measly £150 voucher in compensation for ruining the first 3/4 days of our holiday. If it wasn’t for the hotel stepping in, our 14 night holiday costing thousands would’ve been totally ruined. At the beginning of the holiday I was also offered a discount for the excursions, it didn’t work for any of the excursions and then I was told it’s only for bookings over £100. I couldn’t book more than one excursion at a time. The app did not allow that. Therefore, none of the excursions were over £100 so the voucher was useless.

Die Lage und der Service waren einmalig. Es wurde sogar ein Shuttle-Service zum Strand und zur Dubai-Mall angeboten.
