All the staff were amazing. The hotel got very busy at different times throughout the week but they handled it brilliantly

I would recommend accommodation based on location. However I think drinking water should be available for free for guests afterall it is your home for the duration of your stay so water should be a free commodity.

Hotel rooms were below standard. No air conditioning, no fridge and staff at the reception were not helpful at all.

The restaurant at the hotel was mostly poor. There were not enough staff to deal with the size of the restaurant. We stayed half board and each night were given a very backs menu which was very repetitive and cheap. It appeared that the other people who were not on half board were priority and we were just an inconvenience. Some evenings the meal would take hours to get through. Other times we were bought all courses at once and told that it would save time so we wouldn't need to ask for them.
