I would recommend this accommodation if it were a family trip but I wouldn’t recommend for couples or families with older children, or if you plan to get any sort of rest or recuperation. Our first time staying we had a quieter experience, but we were on the top floor, so we didn’t have anyone above us constantly making noise, and we are VERY conscious of making sure we accommodate and try to not make unnecessary noise for the people below us. This time however, our sleep was disrupted for the whole two weeks by the people in the room directly above us. It was constant as well, at all hours. People dumping things, people running with heavy feet back and forth, rooming things across the floor, at one point, I presume a child, someone was banging something repeatedly against the floor. We absolutely expect some noise, but this was more than excessive and it did really impact our trip and trying to get much needed rest in after packed out park days and Halloween Horror Nights in the evenings (we get the Rush of Fear pass and go every night we can). This has been the first year of four years that we have had an issue with noise levels to this degree. I also have chronic health conditions, which means I really do need that rest, otherwise I can’t do the activities that we post to come on the trip to do. Next year we will be staying at a more adult hotel!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at universal endless summer dockside and will more than likely be back again hopefully soon

The hotel and its staff were amazing, so friendly, the amenities in the hotel were brilliant, our room was cleaned and bedding/towels changed every single day which is astounding as it's such a big hotel, best hotel I've ever stayed in and would go back 100%.
