    I would like to raise a formal complaint about it. We were not in a room as initially advertised and as some friends we were travelling with. There was very limited space in there. I was promised a ground floor for young children, this was not given. I had no bed rail and there was none available. We were told we had an upgraded room which when we then arrived to check in with our cases after a long day travelling with young children, there was already people in that room. This is highly concerning that anyone could walk into the room and there was a cot in there. Not only that it added unwanted stress to our arrival in the hotel. To see the room we could have had and then be given what we did was far from ideal. The lady at reception wasn’t apologetic for this either. Our floor in the room wasn’t cleaned the whole duration we were there either. There is more to add but I will be raising on a seperate complaint form.
