    Food was repetitive and mixed quality, typical all inclusive quality, but drinks flowed freely and generously was good. Entertainment was very late, not suited to people with young children. Towel service and ironing service a bit of a scam as I mentioned. Cleanliness was only okay. Facilities pretty good though, waterpark was great

    The hotel was supposed to be 5* but we’ve stayed in lots of them with TUI and other companies and this hotel didn’t meet the brief

    We had ants in our bed the first night and I had several bites. The second night we still had a few ants on the sheets after that they did manage to use a spray which solved the problem. The hotel was very big and the food was often not warm enough by the time we got to our table, the buffet was very busy and noisy and even though the seating outside was lovely there were loads of wasps

    Unfortunately, our initial accommodation was disappointing. Both adjoining rooms had a persistent sewage/drain smell, particularly noticeable around the bathroom and shower drains. There was also a very loud, bassy metallic grinding noise from the nearby lift, which was disruptive and concerning. We reported both issues to reception and were subsequently offered alternative rooms. The new rooms were much better and free from the sewage smell, although they were slightly further from the main facilities than our original rooms. We appreciated the hotel arranging the room change, but the condition of the original accommodation and the disruption of having to move shortly after arrival significantly affected our accommodation experience.
