    Accommodation was overall good, staff good, value for money good, but wouldn’t rebook the lifts didn’t work all the time and we were on the 11th floor. Most days we would take the stairs during busy times or have to use the staff lifts.

    Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Taurito Princess. The hotel was lovely, the swimming pools were fantastic, and we really enjoyed the facilities and location. Unfortunately, there was one significant issue that affected our comfort. Our room on Level 3 had an extremely unpleasant sewage smell coming from the air conditioning unit. At times, the smell was so strong that it made spending time in the room very uncomfortable. We later discovered that other guests had experienced the same problem in their rooms, suggesting that this was not an isolated incident. What concerned us even more was the potential health risk. Such a strong sewage smell coming from an air conditioning system raises serious concerns about hygiene and the possible presence of harmful bacteria or other contaminants. This is particularly worrying when travelling with a young child, as we were with our six-year-old daughter. It was particularly disappointing because we otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We sincerely hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously, investigates the cause and ensures that guests, especially families with young children, are not exposed to potentially unhealthy conditions.
