    The reviews for the hotel were very misleading. The saviour was the adults only area during the day however, there were no adults only areas in the evening, and I can only best describe the hotel as being like Beirut in the evening with the amount of children running riot in the hotel. It was unbelievable and nothing like we have every experienced before outside of uk term time, it was horrendous. This was compounded by the restaurant que system, which was disgusting. Families with young children left waiting nearly 2 hours to enter the dining area, which had many empty tables when you finally got in there. The food was ok for meat eaters, which three of us were, the forth member of our party was vegetarian, the vegetarian offering was poor and most evenings she remained hungry due to not being able to eat. We ate out a couple of times, to ensure she was able to eat. The last comment I would like to make is a m relation the the adults area rooms, families with babies and children were in adult area rooms, adjacent our travelling companions, which kept them awake some nights. Unsure why children and babies were placed in what the hotel advised was the adults only block? Speaking to the hotel was a complete waste of time, about all of these issues, our party was either fobbed off with vague comments or there was a language barrier. We will never visit this hotel again.

    The adult only area was tiny and way to close to a big pool with children which defeats the object of an adult area! The room was clean however a little dated, lacking in tea/coffee facilities. No lifts available in certain areas.

    No kettle in room - required for making babies bottles The hotel lofts were slow & always full meaning lots of waiting which was not ideal with a baby, particularly when on floor 1 and the pool & restaurant were on -3 The bars served drinks in small plastic or paper cups. Queues for the main buffet restaurant were long & on the day when it rained queues formed inside the building. We ate out on numerous occasions due to the food being very repetitive & questionable on some occasions.

    We had to queue for dinner every day, on our last day it rained so they only had the indoor restaurant open which lead to a 60-90 min queue for a table. After 40 mins we weren’t nowhere near the front of the queue so decided to Go to a local restaurant and when we returned at 20.40 there was still a queue
