    Recommended

    Lovely hotel, however the rooms were quite small & the children’s room had no air con, plus had very easy access to the front door. Luckily we had one toddler in a cot and a 13 year old that we trust. But if we had a young child in a bed I would be very concerned at the risk of them trying to get out.

    “TUI BLUE XANTHE”

    Fajny nieduży hotel z bardzo sympatyczną obsługą. Niesamowici pracownicy TUI tak na barach jak i w restauracji czy basenach. Połozenie super blisko do plaży deptaka a i do historycznego Side niedalego. Goraco polecam. i oczywiście koty jedna z większych atrakcji dla dzieci.

    Standard Rooms are quite small and the promotional rooms even smaller in the eves. Beds are comfortable but there doesn’t seem to be any sound proofing what so ever so expect poor sleep quality! Bedrooms and some areas of property have been touched up/repaired but not to a good standard (not what I would expect for a 4T/5* property). All areas of the property have 5* for cleanliness and the cleaners go that extra mile in your rooms. Pool areas especially the Olympic pool are wonderful at this hotel. We didn’t go to the à la carte restaurants so I can’t comment, but the food in the buffet was good especially the breakfast 😋! Ice cream and drinks had a very good selection and the cakes were to die for. Staff I feel were a little reserved at this hotel, I have been to Turkey many times and didn’t feel that usual warmth and friendliness however they were never rude. Loved the activities available i.e. yoga, LBT’s classes something for everyone if you want it. Overall a good holiday, but I would probably try a different hotel next time.

    Very average hotel, not what I was expecting from Tui and definitely not 4+ star. Rooms were noisy and when we asked to move because of poor air con, overlooking building work and a loose light above our daughters bed, although we were moved, we were told that it would still be noisy as ‘all rooms are noisy until 12pm’…. They were right, they were, music could be heard over white noise machines and kept us awake when we tried to go to bed before 11pm due to travelling home early. No choice but to stay up in the evenings. Constantly asked my hotel staff to have photos taken, tattoos, massages etc despite telling them no. When we were taking photos on the beach I was told by the hotel photographer to move out of the way as I was in the way of ‘his sunset’. Smoking everywhere, even in non-smoking areas with signs on tables saying ‘no smoking’ and staff did not tackle it, I had to ask people to move to smoking areas and point out the signs. Staff wanted to please and were friendly. Tui blue rep smoke good English and was knowledgeable. Overall not what was expected and definitely a lot more expensive than other 4 star hotels which were far better.
