    Lovely hotel with authentic decor, large areas for chilling. Outside areas good. Great terraces. Rooms clean and spacious, plenty of storage and fridge which was restocked. Bottled water also restocked. Bathroom good. Hairdryer not so good - melt marks around the nozzle. Security to front and rear access on to promenade. Pool areas all good although some sun-beds on the terraces need replacing. Room for at least another 50/60 sunbeds which would stop the early risers from nabbing all the best beds then not using them all day! Staff welcoming and friendly, they did not expect to be 'tipped' all the time. As a multi national hotel the food was not always to our taste but was beautifully presented and plentiful.

    The hotel was clean and overall the hotel staff were pleasant. For a 4+ star hotel this fell well below expectations. Having stayed in a similar rated hotel in Marrakesh there was simply no comparison at all. This hotel would be a 3 star if that. The food was ok, but repetitive and bland. The selection of drinks was poor (having stayed in Morocco with you before this most certainly was below standard) The entertainment was appalling. During the day there was none apart from darts and a pool party. There was none music and the atmosphere was flat. No one came round to talk to us and hotel staff rarely came round offering drinks. The evening entrainment was even worse, a quiz most nights; I don’t book high quality accommodation to be entertained by a quiz or bingo! The few ‘acts’ were short and limited by the indoor venue. Where the evening entertainment was held had limited seating and you had to arrive early to get a seat, even though entertainment did not start till 9.30. This is the first time we have holidayed with you where we have felt thoroughly let down. During our stay we had a leak from the ceiling we reported it, after chasing up with reception as 6 hours later it was still dripping and the floor was soaked someone eventually came. We however were left cleaning up the mess. The following day the air conditioning stop working. Again this took hours for someone to look at who simply said it was broke! It apparently was fixed the next day but never really worked for the rest of our stay.

    I think this has previously been covered. Our room 402 was spacious and overall very good and cleaned to a high standard, but the lack of balcony was disappointing as it is usually standard at beach hotels to have a balcony, I appreciate in hindsight the room description on the TUI website does not explicitly mention a balcony, but a bit more clarity would be appreciated. The common areas of the Hotel were again very spacious and quite luxurious, but the hotel is let down by the cleanliness and availability of the furniture around the poolside. Location is excellent in relation to Agadir beach. Food quality generally very good and despite only one coffee machine I didn't have to queue too long.
