    The holiday to Croatia was an experience, but not one l wish to repeat. Before the trip we had thought of taking a tour if Dubrovnik and Split next year. Given the horrendous time we had there is no way we would return to Croatia.

    The only downside to the holiday was that the food was always, at best, luke-warm, apart from one evening meal. The plates were always cold with one exception, and putting luke-warm food onto a cold plate is not the best idea. I did comment to the restaurant manager, but his response was that the shifts would change the next day and hopefully improve. We felt that he wasn't really concerned about our complaint. We did hear other guests commenting about the food being luke-warm or cold as well, and I'm certain that some of them must also have complained in the hotel. Despite this problem, we would still choose to go back to the hotel because everything else was really good.

    The hotel was absolutely spotless, immaculately clean as was the entire resort. The only issue we found was the food wasn't piping hot.

    Friendly helpful staff always happy to help. Hotel was clean and the food was lovely. Had dinner at the culinerium on the last day, really enjoyed it great food. Would definitely go back to Croatia and that hotel.

    Only negative was lack of storage in hotel room. Location was perfect. Staff were brilliant. Food was never very hot.
