    L'hôtel TUI BLUE MAVISS BELEK était indiqué 10/10 sur le site Web de TUI . Une très grosse arnaque ,plainte sera déposé car ça ne vaut pas + 7ou 8/10.

    “Hôtel très mal situé”

    L'hôtel est très mal situé juste à côté d'une mosquée il y a plein de malfaçons à l'hôtel à savoir un escalier à 150 cm de haut pour aller au restaurant et il pleut à certains endroits de l'hôtel avec risque d'effondrement du plafond photos à l'appui

    Definitely not 5 star, mould on walls, wall paper coming off wall, bathroom floods. Rooms appear to have been rushed to finish so can open, as hotel only been open for a few months, some staff rude, and just don’t want to be there. Food very repetitive, reception staff just don’t want to know about any issues, Tui rep didn’t follow up with complaint

    The hotel from when we arrived. No WiFi in the room very inconsistent had to complain it was two days later for me to get the hotel app wirking for info. The food was poor in quality of dishes. No theme nights again they had an October fest we stumbled across lasted two hours. The dining room no management staff working to their own standards. We had to get our own cutlery and water at times. We did not see a senior chef at any time. Sports bar we could see some sport it changed to a disco bar on the third night. No control in the sports bar at one point customers serving themselves and staff with Easter bags over their heads when they should be serving. We booked the Mediterranean restaurant it was cancelled due to weather conditions fair enough. We rebooked and went to the restaurant as signed posted and location on the app only to find it had been moved. The area was in darkness we want photos on the second last night. The hotel reception desk thought it was funny. The hotel run out of tonic water at all bars. The only one who tied to help us was Omar on the entertainment team he was exceptional. The hotel management is lack clear leadership and training of individuals. We were told by at least three colleagues working there they had enough and were leaving in a two week period. The detail of the hotel finish poor. Lifts with blank walls and floors with only carpet. Our room view was a car park although we paid £3,500. We were shocked to find out other couples paid £1,800. Room and beds very comfortable. Over all very dissatisfied with the location after what we had been told..
