    We were upgraded to a larger room because we went out of high season and we loved it and the property. Very modern and clean. Swimming pool was very large and SPA was a nice touch too for non-shiny days. Food nice and loads of different options, and drinks as well. Even all inclusive beer Zobras was nice and quality and didn’t give us the usual weird aftertaste or feeling ill. Hotel had very friendly and helpful staff, especially People from Philippines always so smiley and kind, and Greek staff are also very friendly. Only unsafe experience we had was outside of the hotel when we decided to walk to one of the historical ruins with turtles and while walking though olive trees farm. There were non-Greek men picking them making some inappropriate noises and gestures as per what my fiance said as he looked at them (I didn’t). He was certain it was directed at me as a woman when we were passing by. Felt very off and was unexpected. We took a taxi back instead to be safe. Possibly only happens in Sep-October though when olives are picked. We wouldn’t have walked that farm route had we known it was to be like this. We have always walked around various holidays in Greece and this was a first time this has ever happened. Overall hotel experience 10/10. Outside of the hotel and locally - not so much.

    The accommodation was clean and tidy! Pool tended to everyday. We had a swim up room which was in the sun all day. Everything was in a nice distance from us within the hotel. Everyone seemed very relaxed and welcoming. Our room wasn’t ready for us on arrival but within 20/30 minutes max we’d had a call to say we was good to go to our room. The temperature of the pool was freezing but didn’t stop us enjoying our time together playing.

    Our hotel was really catering for young families and but now we are a couple the wrong side of 50 , so entertainment was really non existent for us . Tourist tax of 105 euros 💶 will seriously put me off booking Greece in the future . All staff at the hotel in my experience were very friendly , cleaning was of a high standard and food was good. Hotel is very remote and some people might be better off hiring a car . All in all we did enjoy the holiday but like I said earlier its a family hotel and not for couples really
