    Accommodation not 5 star. Beach towells were thread bear and evening entertainment was rubbish. No branded alcoholic drinks we had to pay extra, and some of the cocktails we had to pay extra

    The Junior suite with terrace and private pool was amazing. Well located to other amenities and very comfortable. A warning about the terrace are, when wet, is extremely slippery. There is a warning sign

    When we first arrived it did look like the landscaping needed some work. Lots of weeds, especially adjacent to our private pool but towards the end of our holiday this was sorted. It was the only thing that let it down a bit

    The hotel is shown a 5 star ,but really it’s a 4 star. The reason are 1. Food as okay, but there was meant to be a Sea food fish and Greek night, but no real difference from other nights. 2. Sun loungers are poor and need a cushion or cover as they are rock hard even with the towels over them. 3. We were in Room 215 and sun was only on the area between the swim up pool and room from 7:00 to around 8:00 as the bamboo shade between the ground and first floor and this blocked out the sun. The bamboo could easily be removed or reduced and the shade would be reduced. The only way to get some sun was to put the sun lounger along side the pool but this left only about 6 inches and I decided this was dangerous, so I had to carry the loungers onto the grass and the other end of the swim up pool. 4. The staff were brilliant but the cleaners start at 8am and woke us up daily clanking their trolleys around outside. 9am start would have been better and acceptable.

    Only niggle was transfer going on return journey. Got a text saying we were leaving with not information from driver.. large coach from Dolphins, picked up so many other passengers from various places, when flying with TUI always a rep aboard to explain process at airport. Also didn't have a TUI rep as usual on transfer to hotel. So flying with easyjet was not like flying with TUI. Will certainly check this when we book our next break with TUI. Thank you
