    This hotel is utterly fantastic. Having only previously booked half board, this year with only AI available, we were wondering whether our experience would differ. The only small change we perceived was that guests were drinking more as on half board some may have held back a little. Though the bar staff were working harder, their helpfulness and willingness to be utterly hospitable hasn’t change at all. My partner was hit by a fibromyalgia flare in her legs which effectively halted her ability to walk for the last 4 days of our visit, the restaurant staff under Nickos were so understanding and helpful allowing me to choose dishes which they then took to her at the room!! Maria our room housekeeper we’ve now had for 3 of our 4 visits and she’s so lovely, cheerful and helpful. Customer relations and all the other staff are simply wonderful. I just really want to mention wonderful Claire our TUI Rep at the hotel. We’ve known her since coming to the hotel and she is simply the best TUI brand ambassador you could possibly wish for. I approached her for help on our departure morning about my partners mobility problems. She immediately booked through full assistance for our journey that night. We’ve never experienced this facility before but, her instructions were really good leaving us to merely follow them. At the airport the meeting point was great with Reps passing us to the airport team. Though not a speed type service- the ease with which we could travel with everyone’s help was fantastic. So please let Claire know just how very greatly we appreciate her help out of what could have been a very difficult situation.

    Fantastisch mooi proper hotel , vriendelijk personeel , alles was gewoon heel goed geregeld . Altijd genoeg updates, we reizen graag met tui dazr we ons nergens zorgen over hoeven te maken .

    Really lovely resort. Only observation is that swim up rooms don't have parasol provided so we had no shade and ended up running the gauntlet each day to try to get sun loungers around the main pool / on the island that had parasols. When I asked front desk if we could have a parasol (I'm a fair skinned redhead and burn easily) I was told it wasn't possible due to safety rules....??? Yet the resort next door to us with swim up rooms provided them, and I noriced some guests went and purchased parasols for their swim up rooms. I wasn't prepared to do that after spending over £3k on a 1 week holiday. We were in room 1701. I would like to return to the resort but only if swim up rooms have the option for a parasol, I'd even pay a small charge as a optional extra if needed.

    Excellent although first floor rooms looked directly into into pools of ground floor appointment,s .Food was mediocre and always cold. Desserts were excellent
