    ★★★★★ **An Absolutely Perfect 9-Night Family Holiday!** We have just returned from an incredible nine-night stay at the Flamingo Beach Resort in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, with our 2-year-old and 5-month-old, and we cannot praise this resort enough. It was an absolutely perfect family holiday, and we are already planning our return! The food throughout our stay was outstanding. The main restaurant offered an excellent variety and a massive choice of options every single day, and everything we tasted was absolutely delicious. A real highlight of our trip was dining at the taverna after the seventh day of our stay. We enjoyed a fantastic selection of tapas to start, followed by a superb three-course meal with drinks. Every dish was delicious, and our 2-year-old son particularly loved the meatballs! Since we chose the all-inclusive package, all of our drinks were included, and they were brilliant—high quality and delicious throughout the entire trip. Our apartment was fantastic and ideally located right near a pool. The pool area felt incredibly safe, which gave us great peace of mind, especially with a lifeguard on standby 24/7 during their scheduled hours of work just in case anything were to happen. What truly made our holiday unforgettable, however, was the staff and entertainment. The night-time entertainment crew and team were excellent. A special mention must go to Eric—his dancing was fantastic and completely captivated and entertained our 2-year-old son! The childcare and tots department blew us away. The staff in the childcare section—specifically Soraya, Emma, Nicole, and Isabel—were absolutely excellent with our boys. Our children had the best time in the baby tots club under their care. We were so deeply impressed by the hard work these girls put in. To receive detailed emails after their sessions, alongside a beautiful, full portfolio of work showing all the activities they had engaged in, was an incredibly thoughtful touch that went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Flamingo Beach Resort for looking after our family so well. We had the best time and will definitely be coming back again!

    We stay at Playa Flamingo multiple times per year. Its main asset is the staff and the TUI entertainment team. Always an enjoyable stay. I could make minor criticisms but that would detract from the atmosphere created by the management team

    Our accommodation was quite disappointing and, unfortunately, did not feel up to the standard we expected. The gate leading onto our terrace was missing, meaning there was no gate at all. As we were staying with two children, this made me feel quite nervous, as I did not feel the terrace area was as secure as it should have been. We also had concerns with the bathroom. The bathroom door did not appear to close properly, and it looked as though it had previously been damaged and glued back together. The flooring in the shower also looked to be in poor condition and, in my opinion, needs to be completely removed and replaced. The biggest concern, however, was the condition of the two sofa beds that our children slept on. When the back cushions were removed, there were a significant number of stains on the backs of the sofas. Some of the stains looked like blood, which I found extremely unpleasant and unacceptable, particularly as my children were sleeping on them. I had to cover the backs of the sofa beds with towels because I did not want my children's faces or bodies coming into contact with the stained areas We were also quite disappointed with the food and drinks during our stay. Unfortunately, we did not really enjoy the food and ended up going out to eat on several evenings instead. We felt that the food selection was quite limited, with not much variety and a lot of the options appearing to be very similar from one evening to the next. We also found the children's section particularly limited, with very few options for them to choose from. The cocktails at the resort were also disappointing. They did not taste particularly fresh and appeared to be pre-mixed, with the drinks simply being poured into plastic cups rather than made fresh. We were also given drinks in plastic cups during the evenings, even when we were sitting inside. We were unsure why this was the case, as we would have expected drinks to be served in proper glasses when sitting indoors.
