    Recommended

    The resort is about 32 yrs old and is looking tired but is still functional. Beech is not big so limited space for paddling but there are plenty of options for poolside sunbathing etc. its adults only which was great and the entertainment was pretty good, especially Rollercoaster and the Michael Jackson tribute act. It appeared like there was quite a push for the hotel to save costs and manage food waste which manifested as some eating areas to be closed and limited supplies in some areas. Meals had to be booked in advance which made planning quite clunky. The place would benefit from some efficiency reviews and better information on a day to day basis. Simple things like an information board with the days activities and restaurant information would be helpful as the TUI app did not always sync with the reality. The staff at the hotel were simply brilliant and were obviously proud to be there and made guests feel very welcome with nothing too much trouble.

    The accommodation was well below what is expected of a TUI Blue resort as advertised. This was NOT a TUI Blue resort, which lead to a number of issues as per my complaints logged

    The accommodation is tired. The swim up pool had missing tiles, some replaced badly. The bathroom has rusty fittings. The bed had broken legs in the middle. The food and drink - the amount of drinks they ran out of was poor, and to run out of beer is shocking. Food varied by restaurant, was not impressed at the buffet restaurant and the lunchtime offering could have easily been made much better
