Tipp

we had a standard room but wish we had upgraded it was adequate but could have done with a bit of modernisation it was at the rear of the hotel so was quiet and a lift which we were able to use as both being in our seventies stair would have be an ordeal but we had a lovely lady who cleaned the room very well Thought that some of the waiting staff could have had a bit more training in manners the first morning a waiter served our tea but after that for 2 days we had to help ourselves as none of them bothered too busy fawning over the youngsters and repeat clients the restaurant manage never even acknowledge us and did not speak to us the whole time we were there fortunately a very nice waiter came on duty who looked after us very well always preparing a table and serving us with our tea in the morning and reserved a table for us at dinner making sure we had plenty of wine and water the swimming pools were good but the usual problem of having to be up early to get sunbeds clean towels were collected at the same time as used ones were returned so they were available to put out securing a prime place in the morning but they always seemed to run out by the time we handed ours in which seemed most unfair the food was good with a very good selection for all meals

“Terrace” was the size of a football pitch with solar panels over it, only views were massive extractor fans. It was very hot on the terrace & unable to sit out on an evening or morning. Although the ants seem to love it. Room was tired, no drawers, had no water in ‘fridge’ on arrival & had to ask for hangers. Room Cleaning was exceptional, really nice. Air conditioning worked much better when the ceiling fan was on.

The hotel was immaculate- clean and tidy. The staff could not do - the food was outstanding - the best I’ve eaten in an all inclusive hotel. Housekeeping was done daily with fresh towels. The only negative was the sun beds- people were placing towels very early to secure a bed so they were limited. Taxi transfers were excellent.
