    Your prices for keeping on the room are astronomical, there is no loyalty for returning guests when requesting particular rooms , unless you pay extra , on arriving in the accommodation the welcome package is sadly lacking compared to previous year's. Room not thoroughly checked as air conditioning didn’t work had to call reception at 3.00 in morning as room was very hot.

    The accommodation was in a perfect location near the restaurant/pool area. The room was clean and suited our needs. We requested an iron and ironing board, which was delivered promptly. We had a slight problem on the first night with our air conditioning, which we thought wasn't working until we realised that the patio door had to be firmly closed for it to work. Everything else about the room was excellent.

    The layout of the accommodation is great, like a small village. Yes there is a very steep incline to navigate but there are plenty of buggies etc to pick you up and the walk down is very good indeed. You actually do not feel you are staying in a large hotel because of the room layout. The room we booked (balcony with sea view) was a good size and the view was excellent. The only problem encountered was a late room checkout. We could not book this like you can with most TUI hotels when we booked the holiday. We were told by TUI to ask at reception when we arrived at the resort. We did this and were then told we needed to check again the day before our departure or put a request in on the TUI Blue APP. We tried to use the APP and it said our request was refused. We went back to reception and they said we could not get a late checkout for our room but it may be possible to move us to another room. We were told to check back within the hour. When we did we were told that we could actually book a late checkout for our room which was great. We needed a late checkout because standard checkout was 12.00 p/m midday and our flight was not until 11.30pm. TUI Hotels like TUI Blue Seno need to make it easier to book a late room checkout preferably in the initial stages of booking the holiday and certainly being able to stay in your own room. The booked extension until 6.00pm was excellent.
