Adult only experience which was nice, but struggled with lots of people smoking and no designated smoking area. It was around the pool and outside space, but really unpleasant and difficult to avoid. Also lots of steps, especially down to the pool with no lift. I have knee issues and struggled with this as wasn’t highlighted in the information . Food was pretty average, and sadly my favourite cocktails cost an additional £5 I wouldn’t go back although the views were lovely.

Show moreWe stayed at the TUI Blue Adriatic Beach for 11 nights and, while the hotel looks lovely in the photos, the reality didn’t live up to what we’d expect from a TUI holiday. This was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive holidays we’ve had, and unfortunately we wouldn’t return or recommend it. Rooms: The rooms are modern and comfortable enough – nothing special, but perfectly acceptable for the price. We’d read lots of reviews about ant problems, but thankfully we didn’t experience this. However, the housekeeping was simply not good enough. Although the bed was made each day, our bedding wasn’t changed once during the entire 11-night stay. There was a stain on the sheet from the day we arrived that remained there for the whole holiday, despite requesting a bedding change twice through the TUI app. Clean bedding during an 11-night stay should be a basic expectation, especially after asking twice. Food & Drinks: This was by far the biggest let-down. Breakfast was the only consistently enjoyable meal with a good variety of options. Lunch and dinner were incredibly repetitive, bland and often only lukewarm. The same meals appeared day after day, and by the end of the first week we were struggling to find anything different to eat. What was particularly disappointing was that one evening there was clearly an inspection taking place. Suddenly the food was fresher, there was far more choice, and the overall quality was significantly better than on every other night. It felt completely staged to impress inspectors rather than reflecting the experience paying guests received for the other 10 nights. Pool Area: The pool itself is excellent, and the daytime entertainment team deserve real credit. They worked hard to create a fun atmosphere, and the games and competitions with drinks vouchers were a great idea. However, the pool bar food became repetitive very quickly. Offering simple options like pizza, chips or burgers would make a huge difference instead of mainly wraps every day. The biggest issue was the sunbeds. They are packed so closely together that it feels cramped, and unless you’re up very early, you’re unlikely to get one. For a hotel of this size, there simply aren’t enough comfortable spaces around the pool. We also paid extra for a day bed after the TUI website advertised food and drinks included. This wasn’t our experience, so it felt like poor value for money. Likewise, the beach sunbeds are an unnecessary extra and not worth the cost. Evening Entertainment: This was honestly the weakest evening entertainment we’ve experienced at any all-inclusive hotel. Most evenings lacked any atmosphere, and because there is very little nearby, you’re left with nowhere else to go. The hotel would be far better replacing most of the entertainment with a DJ, themed music nights or a proper disco. It felt like the evenings ended before they even started. TUI Excursions: We’d strongly recommend avoiding the BBQ and Waterfalls excursion. It was poor value for money and one of the biggest disappointments of the holiday. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be much better, but it’s being let down by poor housekeeping, repetitive food, disappointing evening entertainment and extras that don’t offer good value. We expected a much higher standard from a TUI Blue hotel and left feeling disappointed. There are far better all-inclusive options available for a similar price, and sadly this isn’t somewhere we’d choose to stay again.
