    “uitstekend resort”

    kwaliteit en service geweldig. swim-up helemaal perfect. Helaas was Grill aan het strand gesloten, was erg goed in het verleden en ook qua ligging/setting aan het strand geweldig. De 3 resterende a la cards waren top, restaurants op naastgelegen resorts waar je ook gebruik van mag maken beduidend minder/drukker/wachttijden en minder service. Ontbijt op twee locaties (ook strand) geweldig evenals lunch. Bar Hemmingway was voor ons dagelijks aperitief een topper. Tweemaal daags schoonmaak, koelkastvulling, heerlijke strandbedjes, goede handdoekservice. Prima accomodatie

    We have returned to the TRS, but this time was in low season. There was a stark contrast with the staffs lack of understanding of English in several restaurants. The majority of the staff are friendly and accommodating, but as always there are a few that let the side down. One night we had to leave La Lola after 1Hr 40min and still sat without food. The lobby bar also left us 5 mins, acknowledged our presence but without serving us while 3 bar tenders stood around chatting and laughing. I did make a complaint via the Butler. But heard nothing in respect of feedback or an apology. That aside TRS is a pretty good hotel, their restaurants are good, the Palladium’s are pretty poor in comparison, in respect of both food quality and service. Seaweed on the beaches was a problem, but either the hotel or contractors, worked tirelessly to remove it before the next high tide.

    Was nice just didn't like the fact that didn't feel safe going beyond the complex and also no lobster has stated .
