    The hotel was lovely and clean, the rooms were a great size and the bed was really comfy. The food and drinks were good. The pool was lovely, the staff at the pool bar were so busy but they were really good and kept the drinks flowing.

    The hotel staff were fantastic and bent over backwards to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. However, you couldn’t relax by the pool as you are hounded every 10mins by someone trying to sell you something which included water sports/ massages/ t-shirts/ drinks etc… As an all inclusive resort, there was a large number of facilities/ refreshments which were not included in the package. This was disappointing as in other destinations, items like popcorn were part of the package. The entertainment team were nice, but the choices were limited which left my 14 year old bored the majority of the time. The TUI rep onsite sold us an excursion on the understanding that it was a glass bottom boat - when arriving at the marina it was clear that what was sold was not in fact a glass bottom boat, but a standard snorkelling excursion. It was clear, she had intentionally sold this excursion as it was more expensive as we had mentioned we wanted a glass bottom boat in almost every sentence when booking. Some areas of the hotel were tired and could do with an upgrade. I was sick on the trip with diarrhoea and vomiting which came from the water, many others were sick too around the hotel.

    The hotel was lovely, hotel staff were super friendly but we didn’t see our tui rep due to arriving late on the first day and no contact was made during our stay
