    “Hôtel magnifique, plage superbement aménagée”

    Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel, largement grâce à la qualité remarquable de l’hôtel. Les chambres étaient impeccables, le personnel chaleureux, les repas variés et excellents, et l’ensemble du complexe parfaitement entretenu. Mention spéciale pour la plage : parfaitement aménagée, avec des espaces en “box” sous de très grands parasols, permettant de profiter du lieu dans un confort optimal. C’était un vrai plus qui a rendu nos journées au bord de l’eau encore plus agréables. L’organisation TUI a été irréprochable du début à la fin : transferts fluides, informations claires, disponibilité des équipes. Les excursions proposées ont été un vrai plaisir, bien encadrées, intéressantes et toujours en toute sécurité. Ce voyage nous a offert exactement ce que nous recherchions : du confort, du plaisir et des moments inoubliables. Merci à TUI pour ce séjour qui nous a réellement donné le sourire.

    The racial division is disgusting, if you have brown or black skin please don't bother. The staff intentionally serves Germans, Polish and Russians before you on purpose absolutely disgusting

    Very disappointing experience at Tropitel Hurghada. One of the biggest issues during our stay was the lack of clear information regarding the swimming restrictions around the pier. We were not properly informed before or our stay about where swimming was restricted, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing. For a hotel where guests are likely to choose it specifically for the beach and sea, I would expect clear information about any swimming restrictions, particularly around the pier. This should have been communicated when booking. Unfortunately, they lack of communication left us feeling misled and unable to properly enjoy the facilities we expected to have access to. Better communication with guests would have made a big difference. Overall, a disappointing experience and something Ifeel the hotel needs to address

    “Voor optimale verwennerij”

    Hartelijk ontvangst in het hotel Tropitel! Enorm schoon, erg vriendelijk van de manager tot aan de schoonmaker. Iedereen is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Enorme keus aan eten, goed bereidt en veel gezelligheid! Aan het strand, goede ligbedden met mooie parasols langs een lange boulevard. Flinke zwembaden en daarnaast heb je nog afgelegen zwembaden voor adults only. Perfecter kan het niet….
