    The food was the biggest let down of the holiday at Tropical Delux Princess, Punta Cana, which is the main reason i would only say to other people booking a holiday, book a different hotel, such as Iberostar or Riu as we have stayed in these hotels previously and are far in front with choice and cleanliness of food. No where near the choice if food in the Princess as previous hotels we have stayed in the Dominican Republic. There was always a lack of Bowls, spoons, butter, jam and sometimes days without any at all including ice cream missing altogether some days. The days they had it was sloppy and almost like water. Only 2 choice of cereals for breakfast. Milk very warm only available in cartons no fridges, nothing kept cool not hygienic. Flies all over bread, cakes and fruit even inside the buffet. Nothing covered up, everything left open. We saw clingfilm over a few small breadrolls only once at the beach snack bar but all other bread left open with flies all over the bread rolls for burgers and hotdogs. We have never stayed at a hotel where there is no specific area for kids to choose things like chicken nuggets or fish. There was no area for kids food at this hotel very poor, i dont think they cater for children well at all and also aim most if their food to the spanish /south american/brazillians. In hindsight wish we had booked the Iberostar as so much better quality and choice there.

    Got food poisoning from the buffet restaurant, entertainment was good, trips were okay not much we could do as wife being pregnant and all trips were not suitable, we booked a shopping trip through tui it didn’t turn up so he re booked it and it didn’t turn up again so he got someone to come back and get us so wasted about 3 hours of our days waiting around and turns out it was a trip to one shop felt like we were told wrong information.
