    Very basic accommodation and although it was cleaned regularly, there were no toiletries and loo rolls not always replenished. Advertised as a family hotel but with nothing to keep children entertained, so had lots of bored kids running around which is annoying.

    The original room we booked through TUI was really poor. We had to pay €120 to upgrade to a better room.

    The accommodation itself was clean and looked fine, but the food was terrible. It didn’t cater for anyone other than a German/Deutsch-style appetite, and I am by no means fussy. We did have breakfast every day — you can’t really go wrong with toast — but the lunch and dinner were repetitive, cold, and questionable to say the least. There were no snacks available during the day, and no pizza, burgers, or anything more familiar apart from chips. If you’re fully inclusive, you simply wouldn’t eat anything. We ended up eating out every night. The food was 2‑star at best. This was our first every all inclusive experience and the food and drinks put us off booking this type of holiday again.
