Very clean, polite and friendly staff., Only disappointing things were no vanity unit for my wife to it at had to stand 6’ from mirror to do hair and a broken kick board on on the kitchen unit and why was there a sink cooker and work surface but no cutlery pots or pans in an all inclusive

Hotel was great. Lack of organised entertainment especially as beach had been eroded away. Food was mainly good, Noir restaurant needs more selection and better quality choices.

Booking was straightforward and hassle-free, and the representative on-site was very helpful and professional. However, I would strongly recommend reconsidering The Sands as a listed option due to serious hygiene concerns. There are a significant number of birds inside the dining area, which creates an unhygienic environment. Bird droppings were present on tables and floors, which is extremely off-putting and raises health concerns. Although staff do wipe the tables, this is done only with cloths and without the use of any disinfectant spray, which does not feel sufficient given the circumstances. This lack of proper sanitation could potentially lead to illness if not addressed. I would urge you to review this venue carefully, as the current conditions are not acceptable from a hygiene standpoint.

It was the size of a small apartment with a large balcony which overlooked the pool but which also offered some sea/beach views. Very clean and we also enjoyed the turn down service each night. As we were on our honeymoon the staff decorated our bed, left a card and a bottle of champagne. The service by the staff in the restaurants was excellent; friendly, polite and would go out of their way to provide the best service. The cocktails were available through out the holiday and there was very enjoyable entertainment every night. We loved staying at The Sands and hope to return
