    Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and a good holiday. The hotel was pleasant, the staff were generally friendly and welcoming, and the drinks were good. We booked two rooms, one for ourselves and one for our children. Interestingly, the children's room had spectacular views, whereas our room had a good view, although nothing quite as impressive! There was one minor issue involving a member of staff, but thankfully this was dealt with and resolved. The food was generally okay, and we could usually find something to eat. However, Sunday evening's buffet was particularly disappointing. There was very little choice of meat, the overall selection was poor, and some of the meat dishes were slow to be replenished. This was probably the biggest letdown of our stay, and something the hotel could certainly improve. One other point worth mentioning was the arrangement regarding lunch on our arrival and departure days. We arrived in the late afternoon and were offered the choice of having a late lunch that day or saving it for our departure day. However, we were told that if we chose to have lunch on arrival, we wouldn't be entitled to lunch on our final day. Having travelled for many years and stayed at numerous all-inclusive hotels, I found this arrangement a little disappointing and restrictive. On a positive note, checkout was normally at 11 am, but we asked whether a later checkout was possible, and the hotel kindly extended this until 1 pm, which we really appreciated. Despite these few disappointments, we had a good holiday and enjoyed our overall experience. There are certainly a few areas where improvements could be made, particularly with the food selection and all-inclusive arrangements. Would we return? Yes, potentially, but ultimately it would depend on the price. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
