Top locatie om Mexico verder te ontdekken. Wij waren op zoek naar een vakantie waarbij we niet al teveel hoefte na te denken maar wel de mogelijkheid om er op uit te trekken. Deze vakantie voldeed daar prima aan. Vanuit het hotel kun je gemakkelijk alle kanten op in playa del Carmen waar je heerlijke lokale eettentjes hebt. En als je een middag niks wil doen is er een heerlijk zwembad op de rooftop.

Central location ideal for people that like being in the centre of everything going on. Never miss a celebration and there are always plenty to do.

We really enjoyed our stay overall and thought the hotel location was excellent. Being just one street away from 5th Avenue was perfect as it meant we were close to all the restaurants, shops and atmosphere, whilst still being far enough away to avoid too much noise from the bars and nightlife. The room itself was a great size, very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The only small improvement we would suggest would be offering a few more egg options alongside scrambled eggs, especially for guests staying longer than a week. One thing we did want to mention was that the rooftop pool decking could do with some maintenance, as I unfortunately stood on a nail protruding from one of the wooden panels. Thankfully it wasn’t too serious, but it is something that should ideally be addressed for guest safety. We were also slightly confused when, around 10 days into our stay, we received a call advising us not to dry items on the balcony. As beach/pool holidays naturally involve wet swimwear and towels, it was difficult to know how else guests are expected to dry items during a longer stay. Overall though, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily recommend both the hotel and location.

Could not find us on there system to start with as wrong part of my name was put in surname but found my booking with my booking number. After that all was great.
