Ein Bügelset ist für den zusätzlichen Komfort der Gäste verfügbar. The lack of information about using the ambassador service. Amazing animals on site. Really friendly staff in restaurants, beach and rooms. No problems finding sun loungers as not allowed to reserve them. Beach rocky to get into the sea.

The hotel is run down tired and not exactly clean in a lot of places. It would be a push to describe the hotel as a 4 star let alone a 5 star. The patio doors were in a state of disrepair and did not lock resulting in a wild animal (I think a coati) coming in one night and eating all the children’s snacks which were purchased at extortionate prices from the hotel shop. The list of things wrong with this hotel is extensive and I will address this shortly in a Formal complaint to TUI. I’m disgusted that I took the description at face value and took my kids to this hotel

Good value. Maintenance needs more attention; not enough F&B capacity for the number of guests. Setting is great; size of rooms is generous. Staff are friendly. Nice beach setting

It isn’t what was described. It isn’t teenage friendly to start off with and that was one of the reasons I chose it. My son wanted to play basketball and had to join the kids club to be able to use the ball, which he didn’t want to join because it was all little kids. The food isn’t what you think it is. Go an all inclusive the food choice was pretty poor, my child is a picky eater and not having a buffet style restaurant wasn’t good. If we wanted food to the room that was an extra charge but also we booked a trip and we were told be the rep we could get an early breakfast just ask at reception. The reception wanted to charge us extra this is not all inclusive. The location of the hotel isn’t good either as there is nothing around to do. So if I was to go back I wouldn’t go to this hotel

All members of staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel was very organised as it had QR codes to scan for all information about the hotel, spa, activities, dining etc. Having a specific ambassador who you could reach via what's app was very helpful.
