Absolutely loved our stay. Amazing views from every apartment across to Spinalonga Island. Basic Greek but clean & comfortable. Family run & they want to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. Nothing is too much trouble. Our 2nd visit & i can see why people go back time & time again.

Rooms were only \"cleaned\" once in a week. Bin in bathroom only changed once - not hygienic! Sheets changed once and overall clean wasn't great - we did it ourselves in the end. Bar area was okay, though did not stay open until the times stated so not ideal when needing water to carry to the top of the hill for drinks - not shops locally. Communication NEEDS to be better for late arrivals! Walking halfway up a very steep hill to see a note on the door with your name and room number and a map is not ideal - especially if you then have to walk back down said hill to then try to find your room. Similarly to then walk further up with no lighting to try to find your room. I think that TUI or the apartments should communicate this prior to arrival.
