Firstly TUI never sent security gate code. No staff on site in afternoons. Lot of plaster on apartment walls peeling, many cracks in walls.Toilet door didn't close. Shower tray inadequate as water spilled all over floor. Lack of fresh towels. Swimming pool dirty. Only 1 bedside cabinet, had to leave personal items on bedroom floor. Will never go again.

Great positioning but needed rooms cleaning more often

The apartment was in the perfect spot, for the beach shops and evening entertainment.

The apartments were very tired. Cupboards had chips and not shutting properly. The bathroom had a sewage smell. The water from the shower would soak the floor because the partition wasn't wide enough. The cleaning staff didn't come round much. Perhaps 3 to 4 days. Swimming pool man used to clean inside of pool but the floor around the apartments were dirty and debris also surrounding the pool area. Not rubbish just bits and hair clumps

Accommodation was basic as expected but very clean and well positioned, with good sea views (extra cost) and well positioned for bars, restaurants and resort center.
