Great friendly staff, nothing to much or to little. A pleasant “Good morning “ to start the day and a “good night “ to end and everything in between

1) the room itself was ok but the bathroom was dirty, the shower screen is built on the opposite side to the shower head ,which means if you turn the shower on water passes onto bathroom floor. The shower head is held in place by a tacky piece of plastic , which when you set it to come down vertically it pings back up horizontally and hits the wall 6 feet the other side. It's not just me who found room unsatisfactory, we arrived with 2 other couples who the next day paid to have a room upgrade. 2) The food - disgusting. The salad bar and fruit/sweet area are a no go as they are all open and getting warm although the flies didn't seem to mind it. The rest was either luke warm or cold and it was just a case of trying pick something which was edible or would.t give you an upset tummy. I succseeded until day 10 when i was ill for 2 days. 3) This is the most disturbing thing, I was chatting to an old lady and as she went to go back to her sunbed a tree branch came crashing down in the pool area and just caught her are and foot, giving her some minor bruising. This branch dropped from about 40 - 50 foot up and went with an almighty clunk when it hit the ground, 2 - 3 feet either side and it would have seriously injured this woman if not worse. This wasn't an isolated incident, 2 days later one branch dropped outside some ones apartment, in all 5 branches did come down. The hotel did get someone in to cut down the dead branches but they didn't do all of them, needless to say another came down that night outside someones apartment. This was a real issue for us, we feared getting injured, every time we went to pool area or the bar we were always looking up to make sure we wouldn't get hit. I think there is a real safety issue here, I don't suppose anything will get done until someone is seriously hurt

Slightly dated but more than adequate for rating and resulting cost.

When booking my accomplishments on TUI web only nice rooms were showing not actual my accommodation. When I arrived I expected a nice modern room with balcony or terrace but I was given bungalow with very unclean bathroom, wish tui would show you exact room you would be given when booking

The first accommodation was terrible I upgraded straight away as a lot of people did
