    Recommended

    Accommodation was great. Comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and the beach was gorgeous. Food and drink plentiful and always a good choice. The only thing that let the place down was the staff. Not all staff were happy or helpful. The bars were often understaffed and the bar staff would favour the Spanish speaking guests to the English. I did complain and the following day improvements seemed to happen.

    This hotel is really poor, all food was cold and covered in flys and never replenished, no English speaking stuff, all entertainment in Spanish, bar would open pretty every day at 10 and have no cups, if you was waiting and Spanish customers came after you they would be served ahead of you, all the women staff was rude, the pool and grounds was never cleaned, the pool would make your clothes yellow, bad belly from the food, the room cleaning staff would make dirty beds instead of changing them, never top up the water in the fridge, pot holes around the grounds, the staff told the kids to get out of the pool even though they could swim and tried to make them go in the children's bit for toddlers, I could go on and on its terrible a 2 star at best

    Accommodation staff were very ********** towards English people. We were given paper cups at bar, refused food. Given smaller portions and ignored. The entertainment was only geared up for the South Americans with no thought to how that would impact other nationalities. Tui should do more work to ensure this is a more diverse complex
