    Rooms were very tired and back door was broken along with some of the furniture. On arrival, we had to push really hard to get another room.

    Very outdated needs a complete overhaul.waiting way to for drinks which need a different system soft drink/coffee should be self serving buffet food was ok apart from the waiters way to slow getting tables ready and the al la carte food wasn’t up to standard I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for that

    Room was not ready when we arrived about 4pm. Tried to offer upgrade additional cost at check in. If we didn’t told dont complain about room. Which was supposed to be superior deluxe. Not sure what a basic room was if our room was this.

    Honestly the room was very dated but kept clean. The food was ok, not as many restaurants as stated and only half included in all inclusive. Looky looky men on beach were quite disruptive and pushy. Security was definitely welcomed to feel safer. Lots of scams to watch out for. Beach water was brown with seaweed but understand this can't be helped, they cleared the sand well. I probably wouldn't go back to this hotel.
