“Preis und Leistung”

Ich mag die Hotel Anlage und die renovierten Zimmer sind auch schön. Man hat genügend Platz. Betten sind super - als Bandscheibenvorfall-Opfer, weiß ich wovon ich rede. Das Essen schmeckt mir persönlich sehr gut, auch wenn die Auswahl bzw. die Abwechslung nicht die größte ist. Ich denke es kommt darauf an, was man erwartet. Erwarte ich viel - muss ich wohl auch mehr bezahlen. Für meinen Anspruch an: Ausruhen - Essen und gut schlafen, reicht es vollkommen aus. Zudem finde ich das Personal super. Man bekommt zurück was man aussendet. Ich war mit meiner Mutter da und die fand es auch sehr schön. :)

“Edullinen matkakohde”

Hotellissa oli pääravintola remontissa, mutta tästä meitä oli infottu. Hinnassa oli hyvin huomioitu remontti. Meitä remontti ei haitannut. Henkilökunta tykkää suomalaisista ja saimme todella hyvää palvelua. Hotellissa oli hienoja yksityiskohtia ja rantavahdit olivat todella tarkkaavaisia eivätkä päästäneet lapsia veteen ilman vanhempia. Paljon venäläisiä vieraita. Rantatuoleja riittävästi. Uima-altaan vesi lämmintä. Kuljetukset kannattaa tilata ennakkoon. Kairon retkelle suosittelen pienryhmä kuljetusta.

“Ontevreden”

Lawaaiig hotel met voornamelijk alleen maar russen als gast. Koud en slecht eten, personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Buiten de poort van het hotel is het oude en vieze troep. Door deze ervaringen gaan wij niet meer naar Egypte.

Terrible stuff no respect, they’ve got 0 experience in hospitality, we have been in many hotels in Egypt, Sharm Sheikh, Hurgada, Marsa Allam, north coast and many more. But that one it was my worst experience ever The food was terrible, I found plastic pieces in my chicken, I can’t believe it still, the stuff bar never smiled Properly everyone never smiled they were saying swear words everywhere around the resort in their language, which I understand, if you have got any problem, they don’t care, they actually know that you got a problem with something and you’re not happy and satisfied, but these still don’t care all the give us a response It’s not our problem. The main restaurant was closed for renovations. It’s understandable if it’s been mentioned, but nobody told us that it was just thought it was for the main restaurant. They got a big tent replacement for the restaurant that’s terrible. The music is so loud in there and in the reception as well. Only one pool and it’s not heated. Even the kids club it was under renovations and nobody told us, so unprofessional, the à la carte restaurants is so fake, it’s not like any standard which you got a menu and you got a few courses to choose. It’s just open buffet was very, very poor quality and service. The stuff stare at you very nasty. They talk to us as of they talk to each other. We filled that we work with them not a guests at all, I really don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. even entertainment were so poor, nobody tells you anything about the shows unless you ask them and even if you did ask, sometimes they don’t know Definitely, we will never be back again that spoiled our holiday. I really don’t want to mention names. I know every person I’ve been nasty to us. There is no point because they are a lot again zero hospitality no experience.
