“geweldig resort”

Het is 4 sterren maar dat hadden er ook zomaar 5 mogen zijn. Eten is echt heel goed enn veel variatie. personeel is heel vriendelijk en servicegericht. geen gezeur of gedoe. huisje was ook prima. erg fijn om 2 badkamers met wc te hebben als je met 5 personen er bent. all inclusive is inclusief bier en cocktails, dat zie je ook niet overal. als ik dan een kritiek puntje mag noemen dan is het dat niet alle bars de all inclusive hebben, het is mij een raadsel waarom, maar erg storend was het niet.

2 sides the the hotel, one side reallly nice and the other side not so good parts of it looked like a 2star not 4 star

It needs to be clearer if you are booking in the newer refurbished side of the hotel or not. Completely different accommodation and experience and it’s not clear with many complaints at the hotel. We were upgraded and the accommodation and location was fantastic.

The accommodation was sold as a 4 star / 4 T rating, as part of a complex. In reality, the complex was split into two parts, the Beach wing, what might have been 4 star and the Garden wing which definitely was not. It was advertised with photos of the Beach wing and the description giving the impression that we could use the whole complex. But if you were booked into the Garden wing, you were stuck there, not being able to use most of the facilities in the Beach wing. Massively mis-sold and falsely advertised.

The cupboards smelt, the hob was impossible to cook. The crockery was old and there was a lack of utensils. No variation of glasses. The covers were changed but often marked. The rooms were barely cleaned and there was nothing to use to sweep with. Often we have had tea towels - none. The kitchen area was small and old. The twin beds kept coming apart. It was not a studio but a hotel with the tiniest kitchen. You were treated like second rate holiday makers as we were not all inclusive- we went self catering for dietary reasons The hotel shop was over priced and though they had some items for my dietary needs. There was not enough and the fresh options were poor. Staff were rude and the gym was dirty/ unsafe. The only pleasant staff members were the cleaners. I feel that they didn’t have long enough to clean the rooms. I can’t say I saw that it had been moped or the kitchen hadn’t been wiped down. I have had great experiences in other Tui hotels and this is why I was so disappointed. We went as a couple but there was no facilities for children. Table tennis with broken bats. I think this was the worse accommodation I have ever stayed in. The self catering did not match with the hotel and was old / run down all inclusive could have sunbeds but we were rudely asked to pay. Which we were surprised by - as we were told we could use all facilities. The only positive was the closeness of the beach.
