    Half the pool was closed, Tui did not mention we could only use a pool. Gym equipment old and rusty

    On arrival there was a cockroach in the room, I contacted reception who sent a woman over. She stood on the cockroach to kill it (which your not meant to do) sprayed the area she stood on and handed me the tin of spray. The room wasn't as clean as depicted on the website, it was old and outdated which is fine if it was clean bit I had to buy cleaning wipes myself before I felt I could put some stuff on the wardrobe shelves. The 24hrs I was there I did not unpack one item of clothing as I wasn't comfortable doing so. The next morning a maintenance man arrived and again sprayed the room. That day I bought spray myself aswell. In the afternoon having a shower, ants started crawling down the wall from under the window frame. Myself and my husband sprayed the whole room and put towels down at the doors as the gaps were big enough for anything to crawl in. We went for dinner anf when we got back at 10.30pm there were a load of dead ants on the shower tray, two dead and one alive cockroach in the room. At that point we went to reception to be told that he couldnt assist us at that point in time as he was on his own, it was the weekend and there was no manager. To the point that he couldnt even give us back the €20 that we had paid that morning for a safety deposit box. (He did in fact give this back in the end) He advised me to contact TUI helpline because he said its upto them to help, I rang to be told that nothing could be done for 48hrs because again it was the weekend. We had no choice but to move us and the two kids travelling with us because I couldn't sleep there thinking of a cockroach crawling into our mouths while we sleep. It was absolutely horrible and ruined the 1st 24hrs of our holiday. You think by booking through a \"well known\" company that you can trust what they recommend on their website but obviously you cant. I will never again book with them.

    Großzügig geschittene Bungalow Anlage. Da die Anlage schon etwas älter ist, sind manche Dinge nicht mehr zu 100 % in Ordnung. Aber die tägliche Reinigung funktioniert. Der defekte Fernseher wurde am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht. Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Auch an der Rezeption wurde man sehr zuvorkommend behandelt.
