    Mainly the hotel staff in the bars and restaurants were quite rude. The front of house and Pool table guy were all really nice. The hotel is definitely not a 5 star

    “Super Anlage”

    Essen ist okay bei Cocktails ist es schlecht. Alles kostet extra und es wird nur der billigste Fusel angeboten. Da bin ich anderes gewohnt. Das Wasser in den pools ist sehr kalt warum kein solar auf den Dach?

    We arrived at 2am and the room only had 2 beds set up for the 3 of us, I called reception they said they were bringing another bed but in all honesty the wait after travelling all day and 2 children that needed to sleep wasn’t great, they positioned the 3rd bed outside the toilet and before the front door and now the room was too small for us. Who was to sleep outside a toilet ? I went to reception and he shown me another room at an additional charge of 210 euro at 4 am I had no choice but to pay and he wanted it in cash which he didn’t give me a reciept for. He also told me it was the only room left which later I found out wasn’t true. This was a room on the new side and the room was far from finished, lots of snags in the room such as shower unit not fixed to the wall, paint in the pool all peeling off, fridge not fixed into the unit, when we had a shower the bathroom was flooded with water, the little details hadn’t been finished. Also the room was next to where they had builders in so hearing them all day using machinery and hammering wasn’t great at all. 3 days into the holiday myself and my son got extremely poorly with stomach issues, and fever, the management sent the doctors to my room and 2 hours later he was scamming me for my excess insurance money said he would claim for me but wouldn’t give me a detailed report of the medicine charges. He told me I had to pay my excess of £95 times 2. I was in no fit state to argue. He said we had caught a bacteria infection. Later on the was home many people said they had stomach issues and poorly but the hotel said it wasn’t food poisoning as no one else had reported. If this is true people need to be encouraged to report. Staff were only nice around the complex if you were giving them tips. The evening entertainment was terrible.
