    “Günstig im Standard Zimmer”

    Das Standard-Zimmer ist für ein 5 Sterne Haus nicht entsprechend, würde das als 3 Sterne Mallorca ansehen. Service und Anlage ausgezeichnet, Essen hat ein wenig Luft nach oben. Im gesamten ein Schöner Urlaub.

    “Sehr schönes und freundliches Hotel”

    Alles super. Gutes Essen, tolle Pools, wunderschönes Meer, bequemes Doppelbett. Nur leider haben wir vergeblich bei der Buchung (neun Monate vorher) um benachbarte Zimmer gebeten. Wir wurden in zwei verschiedenen Trakten der weitläufigen Anlage untergebracht. Man hat sich dann vor Ort bemüht, den Buchungsfehler zu korrigieren.

    We recently returned from an unforgettable holiday to Egypt, staying at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic in Hurghada, and I wanted to share our fantastic experience. Firstly, I would like to give special recognition to Finlay at TUI. From the moment we booked, he went above and beyond to find the perfect hotel for our family. We were travelling with our two young children, and he took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and made sure every detail suited our needs. His knowledge, patience, and helpful advice made the whole booking process so easy. He also gave us lots of useful tips before we travelled, which made a real difference. Finlay is an exceptional member of the TUI team and a real asset to the company. We will definitely be booking through him again for our holiday next year. As for the hotel, it exceeded every expectation. My husband and I have travelled extensively, including to the Maldives, Bali, Thailand and Dubai, and we can honestly say this has been the best holiday we have ever had. Our children, aged 8 and 6, had the most amazing time. There was endless entertainment for children, plenty of activities throughout the day, and the pool areas were fantastic. The adult activities, including aqua classes and yoga, were also brilliant. Sunbeds were always easy to find, and if there weren't any available, the staff were more than happy to arrange them for guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options every day, ensuring there was something for everyone. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. We would particularly like to thank: - Ehad Nasel (Bar Staff) - Ahmed Omran (Bar Staff) - Bishoy (Guest Services) - The reception team, who were always incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special mention also goes to Dr Andrew, who provided excellent care when needed, and the pharmacy staff, who were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. This holiday created memories that our family will cherish forever. We cannot wait to return to the Steigenberger Aqua Magic next year, and we will definitely be contacting Finlay at TUI again to book our trip. Thank you to everyone at TUI and the Steigenberger Aqua Magic for making our holiday so special.
