    We enjoyed our stay at St Raphael Resort. The staff could not do enough for us and the accomodation and hotel were excellent. There were negatives though there was a conference held over several days for a large number of indian men. They took over the swimming pool in the afternoons wearing only their underwear, filming young girls and women and taking photos. We and other holiday makers complained to the hotel staff and they put a security firm in place. We should have been notified that this was going on as the whole experience was intimidating and uncomfortable. Due to this we will not be returning to this hotel again. The food at breakfast and lunchtime was great but the evening meal was very hit and miss and not to our liking. Not what we expect for a 5 star resort compared to other hotels we have stayed in previously.

    Was nice and accommodated dietary requirements very well. Staff were lovely. Rooms and corridors looking tired and shabby - for a 5 star resort it should be better

    Hotel was great . It was very clean . The food quality and choice were not brilliant. They said because of the war, there weren’t enough guests for them to provide buffets and meal choices .. so we ended up having our evening meals in restaurants outside the hotel .
