    Hotel was amazing. Just 1 incident with a member of staff who was inappropriate towards myself and my partner. This was reported and we were told he had been sacked only to find him back working there 2 days later.

    “Stary hotel na pustkowou z fatalnym jedzeniem”

    To był mój 9 raz w Turcji. Najgorszy hotel w jakim byłam w Turcji. Położony na pustkowiu. Nuda. Nigdy bym tam nie wróciła. Kocham turecką kuchnię, niestety w tym hotelu jedzenie bylo nieświeże, wielokrotnie przerabiane. Makarony kasze i ryż rozgotowane na papkę. Mięso twarde i niesmaczne. Zakwaterowano nas w baraku w bloku nr 12. Pokoj to brudne ściany plamy na wykładzinie czarne włosy w lodówce.Smród z toalety i stęchlizna. Klimatyzatory huczące cała noc stari nie dajace zimna. Mam pretensje do Tui biura podróży. Za ogromne pieniądze sprzedają zakwaterowanie przypominające areszt śledczy. Morze brudne w kolorze kałuży. Plaża fatalna piasek szary i nieprzyjemny. Uwaga mojego męża ugryzła ryba w łydkę do krwi. Ma wyrwany kawałek skóry. Wieczorne animacje żenada tak głupie i amatorskie. Obsługa natomiast bardzo miła i pomocna. Szybka obsługa kelnerska. Pyszna herbata. Ale do Belek nie wrócę.

    Fighting for sun-beds 50% of staff were unfriendly and couldn’t be bothered to assist us Had to pay extra for the standard of room we believe we should have received for the price we paid - A LOT OF MONEY! Had to pay for seats on the plane to guarantee sitting with my small children! Food variety was rubbish and the same stuff every other night at the buffet

    The hotel was one of the loudest and noisiest we have ever stayed in. ( and this includes hotels at Christmas time ) multiple calls to reception, who made little to no effort. Staff seem like they are not aloud to smile or make contact. ( minus two members, one wait staff and one chef ) they were both lovely. Outside of that, I don’t think I could pick anything remotely to recommend.
