Das Hotel ist gut, es wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Manager vom Hotel laufen auch stetig durch die Anlage und informieren sich bei den Gästen persönlich ob alles passt, das finde ich toll. Denn hat man mal einen Mängel versuchen sie sofort zu reagieren. Das Essen könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, wie waren jetzt auch drei Wochen am Stück da, man hat außer der Lobby noch zwei Restaurants, das Isis, dort hat man dann zwischen zwei oder drei Gerichten die Wahl oder man bestellt sich vorher Fisch, beim Hauptgang. Dann gibt es noch das Memphis da gibt es leider keine Auswahl, sondern immer das selbe. Es gibt in beiden Restaurants immer Menü. Das Personal ist super nett. Alles in allem, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt auch wieder.

The photos and description are very different from the actual resort and tui was way too slow reacting to my worries and ended up not being moved despite requesting a change after just two days there. The hotel is nothing like the images, they’re either really old from when the hotel was newly built or ai generated. The reality was a very run down resort.. Old chairs and tables, old worn sheets in the rooms, mouldy bathroom and the most disgusting toilet brush I’ve ever seen, they didn’t change sheets despite requested and if I hadn’t nagged it would not have happened at all. They didn’t clean floor in room more than in the middle also. But the worst part was the hygiene in the restaurant with plates at foot level and spatulas and tongs not cleaned during the entire service and caked with dry food and finger prints, everything was lukewarm and stood out for hours which is dangerous, cutlery/glasses/plates dirty, food filled up by just adding more so the older food was left at the bottom, no breath guards over the food so people were reaching over everything and breathing on everything. Got sick after the first meal and stayed sick throughout the entire vacation. Then also super pushy sales people interrupting and angry when asked to leave us alone. Couldn’t spend any time on the beach or by pool because of that, just kept being interrupted every 3 min. One day I timed it and 10 different people approached me in barely an hour trying to aggressively sell something. Very bad info on events etc and couldn’t find any of the activities advertised for my son. No ice in the drinks and teeny tiny glasses.. basically the least inclusive all-inclusive resort I’ve ever stayed in, everything actually nice you had to pay extra for and very strict time schedule on when things were served. It felt like they were trying to make it as difficult as possible to actually make use of what was supposed to be included and everything included the absolute cheapest options only. Also it wasn’t allowed to bring anything into hotel so you had to spend loads of extra money to get decent drinks like actual juice etc. No WiFi and the paid WiFi also not working.. And also worth mentioning the staff was regularly staring at girls bodies on the beach and pool. As a grown up something I could live with but if I had a teenage daughter there I would have been very bothered! Pools closed at 5 or 6. Not allowed on beach after 6 and no swimming despite still being light out. The “aqua park” was also three tired slides where the joints of the plastic hurt so badly my son didn’t want to use them. You only got one fresh beach towel per day in exchange for the towel card but they run out so you have to get one in the morning. And you’re not allowed to bring them to the rooms so an impossible catch 22. And then upon check out the manager that had noticed I wasn’t happy with the hotel, tried to force me to sign a “forgiveness and liability statement” basically agreeing they were not liable for any complaints. And he wasn’t pleased when I refused and took a photo of the document instead. All and all a very disappointing experience.

Einrichtung insgesamt in renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand Zimmer abgewohnt und alt, Badezimmer eklig und voller Schimmel, Armaturen z.T. rostig Personal insgesamt sehr aufdringlich und Kinderunfreundlich, wenig hilfsbereit verlangten aber ständig Geld all inclusive sehr begrenzt, laufend versteckte Kosten, reine Abzocke Strand nicht empfehlenswert, steiniger Untergrund, ohne Badeschuhe nicht begehbar Alleinreisende Frauen sollten dieses Hotel unbedingt vermeiden

The hotel itself has potential but the staff including the manager leaves a lot to be desired, if you don't give money nothing will be solved, I had a power outage in the room and I waited 4 hours for the power to come back on
