Hotel was very quiet and peaceful in late Oct. Staff were lovely and friendly, Frankie gets our shout out! Food and drink options were spot on, pasta, pizza, burgers chips etc with option of kids menu (set times for food) breakfast was an option too which was also nice. Kids pool was a good size and felt safe. Main pool was a good size and clean. Hotel was always clean and tidy. Rooms were cleaned twice during our 1 week stay, which felt enough. Hotel rooms were spacious, our cot bed actually had a mattress, which I’ve never actually experienced before in any other hotel, all hotels just use a terrible thin base, which is far to hard, this was amazing and meant my 2year actually slept comfortably. Room had a good size fridge, 2 cooking rings, a microwave and a kettle. Tea towels provided alongside a kitchen cloth and sink sponge and small bottle of washing up liquid. 1 bottle of large water was also complimentary. Hotel was not far from airport, local shops/ supermarkets and restaurants within walking range, spar was right next door, Lidls about 15 minutes walk, Burger King, which always goes down well with kids was about 20-25min walk.. Beach was absolutely beautiful and about 25 min walk. Old town was slightly further but worth the walk, sights/market shops were lovely. All walks were manageable no big hills , we managed well with double buggy, cars were respectable and would stop at zebra crossings. I went in October with children 13, 5 and 2. It was good and manageable weather (24-30) evenings were colder, need a jacket when out. It was very quiet as was closing for season, and some restaurants and shops were closing. However this didn’t impact negatively on us. My 5 year has autism and this holiday was very manageable for her. Location/ time of year was very calm and peaceful, thus preventing any sensory/ emotional dis-regulation. We will be going back. Also Palma airport was amazing fir special access, airport staff and security were so nice to my child with autism, we never felt rushed or misunderstood. I would highly recommend that it you have a party member with any additional needs (big or small) you contact TUI who add this to their system. We didn’t even need to be asked at the airport (either on arrival or departure) the staff just advised and supported us.

Basic but nice and clean.

All the fundamentals required and expected and exceeded. Cleanliness, facilities and staff were very good value for money. Traditional settings which is nice.

just the airconditioning was a bit noisy and not that strong
