Shocking food plus we were stuck in the sister hotel overlooking a roof of the market with NO BALCONY 😡

Nice clean hotel staff very helpful

The room was very dirty 2 days sitting in lobby i just put up with it and said nothing

accommodation brilliant all entertainment was all in the other hotel food constantly repeat itself and lack of choice

The only thing wrong where I stayed was the walls were thin you could hear the people next door talking and when they were having a bath, shower or go to the toilet. Couldn't fault the room itself very Clean and staff came every day to clean, plus I loved the pool. As I never been to Benidorm before it was a hit and miss for me, as it reminded me as if I was at home. Not too sure if I would go again, if I did I would go nearer to old town. The good experience was go on a jeep tour that was brilliant. The Tui Rep was so nice and went through her to book my excursion.
